As fall approaches, it is time to start to think about transitioning WPC’s downtown flower planters to chrysanthemums and other seasonal plant material. Join WPC for a brief presentation on how we design and implement our downtown planter program for the City of Pittsburgh. Afterwards, participants will help bring natural beauty to downtown by planting mums for our fall planter display in Market Square.
Participants should dress for the weather. Work gloves and tools will be provided. Presentation starts at 9am with the fall planting to follow.
