In Southwestern Pennsylvania, it is a simple matter of fact that the seasons will change and with them a change in our surroundings. RAD 2015 annual report cove3Nature responds to the forces of the earth and the sun -- and we experience the accompanying changes in light, temperature and colors that surround us.

At the Regional Asset District, we also take note that as the seasons change, so do the activities and offerings of our regional assets.

Please enjoy our Annual Report 2015 which will take you through the Seasons of RAD at our libraries, parks, sports and civic facilities, and arts and culture programs.

We welcome your comments and feedback!

Annual Reports
MAY 28, 2015

The year 2014 marked the 20th anniversary of the Allegheny Regional Asset District, so in this annual report we make note of the vital role the regional assets play in our area, and the growth that has taken place since RAD's inception.

RAD has marked a unique and special commitment to invest in the quality of life in the region each year since its first. Through RAD as a stable and predictable funding source, our regional assets have grown in ways that help make our region a destination for residents and visitors.

We invite you to read more in the full report about the many ways that RAD has, and will continue to, "work here."

Sincerely,
The RAD Board of Directors
